Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?
We operate as an online store and work with trusted fulfillment partners to ship products directly to customers across the United States.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery within the United States is 8–16 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier conditions.

When will I receive tracking information?
Tracking details are usually sent within 2–5 business days after your order is processed. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking once the package is in transit.

Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking updates can take several days to appear while packages move between facilities. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us.

My order says delivered but I did not receive it.
If tracking shows delivered, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier. Once a package is marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will help guide you.

Can I change my shipping address?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after placing your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept return requests within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
