Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods.
Estimated delivery time within the United States is 8–16 business days after shipment. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking information will be provided once available. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring the delivery address is correct and secure.
First Day Co is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, packages marked as delivered, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of confirmed delivery for orders shipped within the United States.
To initiate a return, please contact support@firstdayco.com to receive return authorization. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused and returned to sender.
Returned items must be:
• unused
• in original packaging
• in the same condition as received
We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is verified as defective or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as First Day Co is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
